You can browse What AI Tool without an account. This page explains the information used when you save tools, contact us or join our newsletter.

Contact and newsletter forms

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, subject and message to respond to your enquiry. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and your signup consent to send What AI Tool news and tips. Contact enquiries do not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Forms are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to whataitool@clubdigital.com.au, hosted with Google Workspace. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA. These providers process information under their own policies: FormSubmit privacy and Google privacy.

We retain enquiries as needed to respond and maintain relevant correspondence, and newsletter signup records while you remain subscribed. To ask about your information, request deletion or withdraw newsletter consent, email whataitool@clubdigital.com.au. Future newsletters will include an unsubscribe option.

What stays in your browser

Saved tools, comparison selections, guide progress, workspace notes and a short log of outbound tool clicks are stored locally on your device. Finder answers remain in session memory. These local records are not submitted with either form or sent to a newsletter, affiliate network or analytics service. They do not sync between devices. Anyone with access to this browser profile can view them.

Hosting and external tools

Our hosting provider may process access and operational logs. External tool providers handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies. Service providers may process information outside Australia.

Clear your local data

This removes saved tools, comparisons, progress, notes and local activity from this browser. It does not delete emails you have sent us or unsubscribe you from the newsletter.
