Turn a meeting into clear next steps

Less searching through notes. More knowing what to do.

1

Get permission

Agree with everyone before recording and follow your workplace policy. Do not record sensitive meetings by default.

2

Capture and review

Use your chosen meeting tool, then correct names and any transcription errors.

3

Separate decisions from ideas

Extract decisions, owners and due dates. Mark a missing owner or date as “not assigned”.

4

Confirm with participants

Review the action list with the people involved before relying on it. Delete recordings when no longer needed.

YOUR STARTING PROMPT

Using this approved meeting transcript, produce a table of action, owner and due date. Separate confirmed decisions from suggestions. Write “not assigned” for anything missing. Do not guess. Transcript: [text]
